Shouldn't finding a life partner be more challenging than ordering a pizza? Welcome to Virtually Yours, a virtual dating app that provides all the proof of being in a relationship without actually being in one. With her career front of mind, Eva Estrella joins Virtually Yours, after a nudge from her sister, to alleviate some family pressure as she continues to look for her dream job in journalism. While Max Kittridge, a former child star in the middle of a divorce, takes a gig at Virtually Yours servicing multiple clients as a fake boyfriend. As they navigate their current circumstances, both Eva and Max find that sometimes what you're looking for is right in front of you.

Virtually Yours is a rom-com for the digital age from writer Jeremy Holt and artist Elizabeth Beals. This exciting new collaboration includes letterer Adam Wollet, book designer Tim Daniel, and editor Kat Vendetti. About the Author

Jeremy Holt is a non-binary author whose most recent works include Made in Korea, Virtually Yours, Before Houdini, After Houdini, and Skip to the End. They have received high praise from Brian K. Vaughan (Y the Last Man, Saga, Runaways) and NYT crossword constructor David Kwong.

An original art page from their book
After Houdini was acquired by The Houdini Museum of NYC, where it now hangs in its permanent collection.

Originally from no place in particular, they have called Italy, Singapore, England, Norway, and Texas home at various points in their life. They graduated with a B.F.A. in Sound Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2005, and recently relocated to Brooklyn again (third times a charm!) after spending eight years in Vermont.

When not writing, this Mac Genius is fixing computers and getting confused for their identical triplet brothers.

Beautiful story, and a really well done illustrating! Love how diverse and inclusive all the characters are. The fact that the main character is not all bones Barbie but a real curvy girl is very appealing too:)

I am an artist so I loved the artwork very much! The story was nice as well. I just wish it were a little longer and I didnt find it much of a rom-com just a contempory romance but I enjoyed it very much and will read it again in case I miss some details somewhere. The ex was a terrible person I have no idea how that marriage even happend.

I enjoyed reading this, what a great story! It reads like a Romcom, all the characters have thier own personalities none of them felt shoehorned, these characters are very believable. There are some touching moments and some really funny moments that get captured so well in the writing and art. I would love it if they did a sequel with the same characters. There is part of the story(I won't spoil) that played out off the pages off the pages, I fell it was a missed opportunity for some big laughs, other then that I felt it ws a great read. I highly recommend this to everyone.

This was a cute story of a meet-cute like app that was kinda weird in how it’s set-up, but when you read enough romance novels, you pretty much know how it ends. This covers domestic violence so be aware of that if you decide to read this. I enjoyed this, representation was done beautifully and I love the illustration. I recommend to all.

Virtually Yours is a short, cute, new adult graphic novel dealing with the quest to (re)define yourself and your place in this world while at the same time finding a romantic relationship. The ending felt a bit rushed and left me wanting. Which speaks for this story's engaging quality. Beautiful illustrations too.

I really liked the premise of this and enjoyed the story to an extent but it felt a little rushed in places and the art style wasn’t really for me.
