Smallville: Season 11 Vol. 2: Detective (Smallville Season 11) Kindle & comiXology

4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars 186 ratings

When we left Clark Kent at the end of Smallville Season 10, he had finally donned the iconic Superman suit and set out to defend Earth from Apokolips. Picking up six months later, Smallville Season 11 explores Clark's understanding of the true power of his Superman identity, its effect on those close to him and its ability to inspire the people of Earth. In this collection, Superman discovers a vigilante is operating in Metropolis, hunting a killer. Only known as 'The Batman,' this vigilante will stop at nothing to find his parents killer, even if it puts him on a collision course with the Man of Steel.

Fantastic Comic! Great Read!
I wont lie im not a Superman fan but i am a Smallville fan and i love the show, and im a huge Batman fan. So with Batman being in Smallville season 11 i HAD to get it. This is a great read, I do reviews for Smallville on my Youtube channel and i even did a review for this. Its a great comic. Honestly only thing bothered me about it was that Batman's cape looked like Slender Mans tentacles, BUT he was awesome in it and you wont believe who Nightwing is. I recommend this comic to all my friends and i most certainly recommend it to who ever is reading this.

First smallville book was decent, but this one REALLY picks up the story. All the characters are written with care, and are true to their TV counterparts. Batman is written well too. Definitely will be continuing with this series. If you are looking for more smallville, you will be pleased!

100,000% better than the movie. I loved Smallville on TV. It was and still is my favorite show. I was so happy when they decided to continue the story as a comic book. In this one we get to see how Batman Vs. Superman should be.

At least now the cover is being honest and saying, 'yeah nobody looks like they do in the TV show no more.'
Batman is an interesting read, he's in Metropolis because of tip that Joe Chill may have been spotted there. And he's going to butt heads with everyone who shows up, even Big Blue here.
Warning: do not read this comic if you don't want the spoiler to the Batman superman movie, cause I'm sure it's going to play out the exact same way.

5.0 out of 5 stars Batman v Superman... version Smallville.
Reviewed in France on July 28, 2016

This book is incredible and introduces Batman into the series, however surely people must have realized that in the TV series Chloe already says she has met a billionaire with high tech toys? Still, an excellent book.
